Women’s Business National Council Recertification
On February 1, 2024, Taylor Slough Inc. (TSI) was recertified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. This recertification allows TSI to continue participating in WOSB opportunities and expand our customer offerings.
NOAA Fisheries Survey
Taylor Slough Inc. (TSI) secures a purchase order to implement the NOAA Fisheries Limited Entry Groundfish Fixed Gear Cost and Earning survey. Through this survey, TSI will collect economic data on catcher vessels participating in the federally managed limited entry groundfish fixed gear fishery. These data are used to develop a variety of economic models examining topics such as fleet efficiency, participation, and community economic impacts. These data are also necessary to run the input-output model for Pacific Coast fisheries (IO-PAC), which is used to measure total economic impacts and inform management decisions
Recreational Statistical Model Follow-On
Taylor Slough Inc. (TSI) captures a follow-on purchase order to continue expanding the NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center recreational statistical model. Through this follow-on, TSI will adapt the statistical model to different species and states fisheries that are managed through the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council.

Taylor Slough Inc. (TSI) starts supporting the NOAA Northeast Fisheries Science Center by updating its recreation fishing statistical model. Our support will allow the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council to continue to make informed fishery management decisions.
